I have been a certified personal trainer since 2015. I hold certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), N1 Biomechanics, 50 hours of general biomechanics training as well as a certification with Precision Nutrition.
I went to my neurologist yesterday (Parkinson's) and she was surprised I was actually doing BETTER than the year before. That is definitely not typical for Parkinson's patients.
